Fifth day of meditation/contemplation. Recommendation by Christian to start with 20min really helped last two days. I would have failed beyond 10min. Christian also sent me an invite for Balance, which he recommends. Will give it a try this week.
Been using Center which has a great minimal iPhone app, with Health integration. But the Apple Watch app seems get lost in the background, and doesnβt notify when session is doneβββIβm leaving the iPhone far away when meditating. Going to try Zenitizer also, which is still in beta.
