Thinking again about folder naming. Maybe how to incorporate special symbols like ellipsis to denote status: 
Something along the lines of:
- 23⋮04 Project Name: Paused
- 23⋰04 Project Name: In Progress
And such.
But as I write it, don’t convince myself.
